Looking to host a memorable birthday party, bridal shower, holiday celebration, or just a fun get-together with friends? Celebrate an unforgettable experience designed just for you and your guests. Each guest will create a beautiful project to take home, making memories you'll be talking about long after the party ends. No sewing experience? No worries. We'll guide you through every step, so all you have to do is relax, have fun, and enjoy the experience. Your Private Party Includes Exclusive use of the studio during your event Sewing machines and all tools Premium fabrics and materials A curated beginner-friendly sewing project Personalized instruction throughout the party Refreshments Enjoy a thoughtfully curated selection of: Signature mocktails Soft drinks Bottled water An customized charcuterie spread featuring a selection of cheeses, crackers, fresh fruit, cookies, and other seasonal treats Alcohol Policy Guests are welcome to bring their own wine or champagne to enjoy during the celebration. For the safety of everyone attending, all guests consuming alcohol must sign an alcohol waiver before the event. The birthday host is responsible for ensuring their party follows the studio's alcohol policy. Guest Policy Your guest count includes everyone attending the party, including the birthday guest. Party packages are available for 5, 10, or 15 guests. If you would like to host a larger party, additional guests can be added for $50 per person, subject to availability. Please provide your final guest count before your event so we can ensure the studio is fully prepared for your celebration. Leave the setup to us and simply enjoy celebrating with the people you love while creating something beautiful together.
Cancellation Policy
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY. Thank you for choosing SiaDezigns! PLEASE READ We do not issue refunds for any workshop registrations. If you register for a workshop and later cannot attend, we will gladly provide a credit toward a future event if you notify us at least 72 hours before the workshop. To cancel and request a credit, please email siadezigns@gmail.com. We are unable to offer credits or honor reschedule requests with less than 72 hours’ notice. Arrival Policy Our classes begin promptly. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the start time to allow time to set up your sewing space. Students who arrive 20 minutes or more after the class start time will not be admitted, and the class fee will be forfeited. Class Minimums SIADEZIGNS reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. A minimum of 4 students is required for a class to run. If a class is canceled by SIADEZIGNS, registration fees will be refunded or transferred to a future class. Supply Lists Supply lists are available upon registration. If a list is not yet available at that time, you will be notified as soon as it becomes available. Photo & Video Release By registering for a class, you grant SIADEZIGNS permission to photograph or record you or your child during participation in classes. You also grant permission for these images or videos to be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to print materials, the website, and social media. Weather Policy If a class is canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, you will receive a credit to attend another class at a later date.
