• What do I need to bring?

Nothing at all! We provide everything at the studio, including sewing machines, tools, materials, and paper for notes. Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn.

• What if I’ve never used a sewing machine before?

That’s totally fine. We specialize in working with complete beginners. You’ll be guided step by step and be in great company.

• My child is 8 years old. Can they learn to sew?

Absolutely! We’ve worked with children as young as 6. Parents or guardians are encouraged to sit in for the first few classes until their child feels comfortable. After that, staying is optional.

• Can I bring my own sewing machine?

Yes! While we provide machines at the studio, you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d like to get comfortable using it.

• What happens if I miss a class?

We’re very flexible. You can make up a missed class on a predetermined makeup day.

• Do you teach fashion design as well as sewing?

Yes! In addition to sewing classes, we offer fashion design and patternmaking classes to support and expand your skills.

• Are classes one-on-one or group-based?

We offer both private and small group classes so students can get hands-on support and personal attention.

• How long are the classes?

Class length varies depending on the course, but most sessions are designed to give you plenty of time to learn, practice, and complete projects.

• Will I finish a project in class?

Yes! Our classes are project-based, so you’ll work toward finishing real items—not just practicing stitches.

• Is this class good for adults too?

Definitely. We teach kids, teens, and adults of all skill levels, from beginners to more advanced students.

• Do you offer camps or special programs?

Yes! We offer sewing camps, workshops, and special programs throughout the year, including summer sewing camp.
